AAA in Digital Graphic Arts
The curriculum provides the student with instruction in the following fields: graphic/typographic design, digital design, imaging, digital pre-press operations, Web site design production, and the business aspects of advertising and marketing. Hands-on laboratory experience is an integral part of the program. Experience in PC and Macintosh design environments using graphics-standard software are skill building experiences for students. In addition, students are given individual instruction and advice on preparation of resumes, final portfolios, and techniques for successful job interviews.

AAS in Clinical Medical Assisting
The Clinical Medical Assisting program is designed to prepare the student for entry-level positions as an assistant in the administrative or clinical setting of a medical office. The emphasis of the program is placed on medical ethics, terminology, anatomy and physiology, human relations, skills for the medical office, use and care of diagnostic equipment, venipuncuture, injections, pharmacology, universal precautions, vital signs, hematology, EKG, urinalysis, and microbiology.
AAS in Computer and Network Administration
The Computer and Network Administration program combines a traditional college degree with certification-specific training. This creates a program that Remington College believes is distinctive in the IT education industry and the workplace. Additionally, Remington College has included several other technology standards in this program providing a wide-ranging educational experience for its IT students.
AAS in Criminal Justice
The field of criminal justice centers around the control of criminal behavior in the maintenance of public order and includes the primary functions of law enforcement, prosecution, trial, corrections, and associated responsibilities as well as the secure management, safe keeping, and control of inmates committed to jail or prison custody performed in a humane manner in compliance with constitutional standards.
AAS in Culinary Arts program
There are a wide variety of culinary establishments found today, everything from small restaurants to large banquet facilities. These types of businesses require individuals who are trained in a variety of culinary areas to ensure their customers are treated appropriately. These areas include measuring, mixing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes, as well as directing other kitchen workers, estimating food requirements, and ordering food supplies. The objective of the Culinary Arts Program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to qualify for entry-level positions in the many different types of culinary facilities. These positions include, but are not limited to, short-order cooks, cafeteria cooks, food preparers, and sous chefs. This training program is divided into six and twelve-week quarters. Completion of the 96 week program is acknowledged by the awarding of an Associates of Applied Science Degree.

This curriculum explores both the basic fundamentals and advanced theory in Electronics, Integrated Circuit Microprocessors and Computer Technology including Local Area Networks. AAS in Process Control Engineering Technology

Diploma in Cosmetology
The Cosmetology Diploma Program provides training in various phases of cosmetology, including manicures, pedicures, facials and wig care. The objective of this program is to prepare graduates for entry-level positions as cosmetologists in work locations such as licensed beauty salons, day spas, or nail salons.
