Diploma in Pastry Arts
The Pastry Arts Diploma Program consists of 618 hours (6 months) of baker/pastry training. It is designed to give students a solid foundation to the Pastry Arts and prepare them for entry to mid-level jobs as a pastry assistant. This is further achieved by the 120 hour externship required of each student. The Pastry Arts Program is also an ideal course for non-professionals who wish to improve and extend their pastry skills and knowledge.
Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts
With our small classes and the individual attention that our instructors can give, students never feel overwhelmed. From the first day of class students are introduced to a commercial kitchen and recipes that reflect the commercial industry. Students also have real experience in the industry through a 400 hour externship completed while in school or shortly thereafter.
