- Diploma in Pastry Arts
- The Pastry Arts Diploma Program consists of 618 hours (6 months) of baker/pastry training. It is designed to give students a solid foundation to the Pastry Arts and prepare them for entry to mid-level jobs as a pastry assistant. This is further achieved by the 120 hour externship required of each student. The Pastry Arts Program is also an ideal course for non-professionals who wish to improve and extend their pastry skills and knowledge.

- With our small classes and the individual attention that our instructors can give, students never feel overwhelmed. From the first day of class students are introduced to a commercial kitchen and recipes that reflect the commercial industry. Students also have real experience in the industry through a 400 hour externship completed while in school or shortly thereafter.
